The hotel was located in a really nice and safe area, which made us feel comfortable during our city trip. the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming which made our stay even more enjoyable. A great bonus was the coffee machine and the wide variety of toiletries offered in our room.
The pictures online looked a bit too good to be true. The rooms were definitely smaller than expected and not quite as advertised, but not terrible either.

We had an amazing stay here. The hotel is located in a safe area in the city and it was easy to find transportation. The hotel facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the cleanliness is exceptional. The staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome during our stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We particularly appreciated the personalized service and attention to detail.

The hotel had some issues with their television service.

the staff were friendly, attentive, and keen to help anyway they could. the atmosphere was luxurious with exclusive amenities such as a Sauna, Spa lounge and Outdoor swimming pool available, leaving us feeling completely refreshed. the rooms were modern, spacious and featured private facilities. the garden area was well-manicured, and the Sun loungers were comfortable, perfect for relaxing.
the other restaurant meals were fantastic, with a range of Special diet menus available.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We were impressed with the selection and quality of food, including vegetarian options. Our room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable haven during our stay. We appreciated the extra toiletries in the bathroom and the convenience of a coffee machine.
